Our program is committed to the adherent practice of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through a queer, anti-oppressive, anti-racist lens. We specialize in working with adults in the kink, sex-work, polyamorous/consensually non-monogamous, trans/gender expansive/gender non-conforming/non-binary, lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, intersex, asexual, and pansexual communities. We consider identity, marginalization, and the struggles caused by systems of oppression through an intersectional lens. Making our program inclusive and accessible is a top priority; please include information about any accommodations in your application/email.
The schedule of groups is below, and you can learn more about each group by clicking the “read more…” link. If you think we’re an appropriate fit for your goals, you can fill out the group application form linked here (and also at the bottom of this page) to apply for a spot in one (or all) of our groups.
DBT groups have a tiered pricing structure ranging from $10 to $160 per week. Detailed information about the tiered pricing of DBT skills groups offered at our practice is on this page. We will not ask you to provide proof of your income or wealth when choosing your fee. If there is a fee that is affordable for you that you do not see listed, please reach out to group facilitators to discuss.
Our practice offers comprehensive DBT. If you would like to meet for individual therapy, please reach out to Chrissandra Andra, Alayo Bascome, Paula Carrizosa, Lauren Clapp, or Rebecca-Emma Kaplan directly via their contact information at the bottom of this page).
