Welcome to my team page! I’m so pleased to be sharing my office with sex positive, all gender and lifestyle affirming therapists, and I’m also quite happy to say that that many of them offer lower fee and sliding scale appointments.

Please feel free to reach out to any of us directly to ask about our availability or any other questions you may have.

Dr. Dulcinea Pitagora, Supervisor, Lead Therapist

Dulcinea Pitagora, PhD, LCSW, CST

I supervise the therapists listed below, who have weekday and weekend morning, afternoon, and evening office hours, and offer lower fee sliding scale appointments. I curate the colleagues I work with to reflect my practice ethics, and many of the colleagues on my team are personally connected to the communities we work with. They practice under my supervision, meaning that they follow my practice model and have access to my expertise, experience, and guidance. While I and the rest of the team do not accept insurance, we can provide receipts with the information needed to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

You’ll find me warm and down to earth, with a strength-based approach that centers your priorities. I seek to support and empower you, as we explore your identities, relationships, and goals, in an affirming environment. I employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT, to meet your individual needs. Outside of my psychotherapy practice, I coordinate a peer-based substance use support youth program at a queer nonprofit.
