I’m a queer, South Asian, DBT therapist-in-training completing my MSW at Columbia School of Social Work. Through radical compassion, acceptance, and imagination, we will fully embrace all versions of you: present, past, and future. I balance being validating and warmly challenging so you can move toward a life worth living, as you define it, and at a safe pace for you. I also enjoy integrating somatic and spiritual practices for embodied healing. As a team, we'll discover ways you can navigate your internal and external worlds with emotional flexibility and effectiveness.
I look forward to working with LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients, immigrants or children of immigrants, those navigating religious upbringings, or anyone seeking trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, affirming therapy.
I will be offering short-term sliding scale therapy appointments starting mid-September. Please fill out the sliding scale waiting list form and select my name if you’d like to work with me, and I will be in touch about scheduling in the coming weeks.
