I strive to create a therapeutic space where you will not be pathologized, where your strengths will be recognized, and your vulnerability kept safe. I hope that our work together might help you navigate life changes, gain insight into frustrating patterns of behavior, improve relationships in your life, and/or explore and heal from trauma. I have training and expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and draw from anti-oppressive and liberatory therapeutic approaches to uplift the expertise my clients also bring to our treatment. Often my clients identify as LGBTQ, trans, non-binary, ethically non-monogamous, kink and BDSM-oriented, sex workers, creatives, and activists.
DBT and mindfulness inform my approach to relationship counseling. In relationship counseling I invite partners to come together to learn skills to mitigate conflict, tolerate distress, communicate, and attune to each other. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in partnership with Journey Clinical.
My office hours are Thursday mornings and Fridays, and I sometimes have other times available. Please feel free to contact me directly to talk about fees and what times are available.
