As a member of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities myself, I understand firsthand the struggles that individuals like us encounter when seeking adequate mental health support. As such, I strive to create a therapeutic context wherein clients feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered! I draw techniques primarily from Relational Psychoanalysis, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and DBT. My goal is to evoke the resources within you in order to collaboratively construct effective coping strategies that promote positive action as well as your overall wellness. I welcome clients who are committed to learning more about themselves and the social systems that impact their daily lives.
