Hello, I’m Adrianna (she/her/hers), and I'm a queer, mixed-race Asian, cisgender therapist with a focus on client-centered, trauma-informed therapy. I love being a therapist and feel honored to do the work I do with my clients. I am sex work, poly/non-monogamy, and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and maintain the philosophy that clients are the experts in their own life. I have expertise in working with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms related to sexual violence or other abuse. My expertise extends to individuals, couples, and families of all genders, sexualities, and racial/cultural identities as we explore complex emotions, relationships, and life stressors. As someone who grew up in a blended, mixed-race family, I have an intimate understanding of the complexities related to living in-between identities. I am also a doula-in-training, specializing in working with those experiencing pregnancy, pregnancy loss, infertility, post-birth trauma, or who are seeking post-abortion support. I strongly believe that you deserve a non-judgmental, culturally-competent, accessible space in which to process and heal from trauma, a space that emphasizes your strengths and the practice of radical self-acceptance. While I have training in CBT, DBT, CPT, and somatic therapies, my therapeutic modality is integrated, which means I will tailor my approach to fit your specific needs. Sliding scale appointments are available.
Please feel free to contact me directly to talk about fees and what times are available.
