I approach the process of psychotherapy through deep listening, patience, and curiosity. You may be coming to seek relief from feelings of anxiety, depression, conflict or loss. Perhaps a recent change has been overwhelming; perhaps ongoing difficulties are stirring up new feelings. I am interested in exploring the ways in which your past, present, and future inform your experience. This may involve areas of race, gender, sexuality, class, relationships, or adaptability/disability, to name just a few. Working through an anti-oppressive lens, I hope to shed new light on parts of your experience that feel stuck or unknowable.
I work with adults and adolescents in individual and relationship therapy. I also work with children as young as six years old in play therapy, and am equipped to help children process emotional difficulties, complex family dynamics, and environmental changes.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Please feel free to contact me directly to talk about fees and what times are available.
