I bring a feminist, queer-affirming perspective to my practice of psychotherapy, focusing on non-judgmental, collaborative, and behaviorally-specific interventions. I will work with you to improve functioning, reduce distress, and increase long-term, positive consequences based on your goals and values. I have clinical experience with Bipolar Disorders, Depression, Anxiety & Phobias, Obsessive-Compulsive Behaviors, Trauma, Disordered Eating, Identity Issues/Confusion, Substance Use/Addiction, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Grief/Loss. I co-created the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program at Dr. Pitagora’s practice with the goal of increasing access to DBT; for more information about our team and the groups we offer, click here. The interplay between change and acceptance is very important to my clinical orientation; utilizing your strengths, our work will always come from a place of compassion. You are the expert on your life.
My office hours are Monday mornings and afternoons, Saturday late morning and afternoon, and Sunday late morning through evening; I sometimes have other times available as well. Please feel free to contact me directly to talk about fees and what times are available.
