As a therapist, I aim to create a space that allows for collaboration and discovery. You can expect me to join our relationship with kindness, humor, and at times a new or challenging perspective. I enjoy working with individual adults and a variety of relational configurations (couples, polycules, co-parents, friend groups, etc).
My practice is informed by experience working in sex education and with trans families, and by a personal moral compass directed towards liberation for all. While grounded in a psychodynamic approach, I have specialized training in EMDR and ERP for OCD/anxiety/phobias. I have extensive experience working with clients of a variety of life experiences, and identities including: queer, trans, sex workers, artists, survivors of cults, and anyone experiencing systemic violence.
When I’m not in the therapy room I enjoy singing in a choir, cooking for my local mutual aid, and going to the movies.
Please contact me to inquire about fees and scheduling, and/or to set up a 15-minute consultation call prior to scheduling your first session. I offer remote sessions and a limited number of in-person slots.
