Welcome! I’m Heather. I bring curiosity, warmth, and collaboration to the therapeutic relationship, using a person-centered, relational approach to help you release what feels stuck and move toward safety, authenticity, and connection. My role is not to pathologize or give advice, but to serve as a compassionate and authentic mirror reflecting the insight and strength you’re struggling to see.

As a radical harm reductionist with a background in sexuality education, I have profound respect for your expertise in your own life, bodily autonomy, and personal agency. My lived and professional experience in queer/trans, non-monogamous, sex worker, and kink communities equips me to foster a genuinely empathetic, open, and judgement-free space. In other words, come as you are. I will meet you right there.

I have experience supporting a wide variety of folks navigating acute and complex trauma, oppression and state-sanctioned violence, substance use, neurodivergence, grief and loss, relationships, intimate partner violence, disability and chronic illness, and other challenges. Whatever you’re going through, I’m glad you’re here. I know that seeking help can be a frustrating and demoralizing process. You made it this far, and I’d be honored to walk with you on the path forward.

Please reach out if you have any questions, or if you think we might be the right fit.
